Asian Golf Tour

19 March – 31 March 2027
(Thirteen days)
 6 rounds | 3 destinations | All 5-star hotels

A private jet golf journey through Southeast Asia’s most celebrated fairways, paired with cultural access designed for golfers and non-golfers alike.

Overview

The tour starts in Melbourne with a meet and greet the day before departure. Next day we depart Melbourne for Perth, where you will get to meet your Perth golfers and clear customs and immigration before continuing to Pattaya.

Flight time: Melbourne to Perth – 4 hours

This meticulously planned golf holiday blends championship-level courses with cultural experiences that feel considered, not bolted on. Across Thailand, Cambodia and Vietnam, you will play six rounds on standout layouts, from coastal links to mountain fairways, while still making time for the kind of excursions that give the trip texture and meaning.

Arriving by private jet and moving with private transfers throughout, the experience is built around ease. Golf days are anchored by premium course time and clean logistics, while non-golf days are genuinely rewarding, from a private Koh Larn island escape to immersive heritage touring at Angkor. In Vietnam, the pace shifts towards culture and cuisine, with a private cooking class and an evening walk through lantern-lit Hoi An.

For golfers, the itinerary is a clean run of quality courses, each chosen for design pedigree and setting. For partners and friends who are not here for the scorecard, it is still a proper holiday. The result is a journey that feels polished, balanced and confidently indulgent.

19 March – 23 March 2027 (Four nights)

Flight time: Perth to Pattaya – 6 hours 45 minutes

On arrival in Pattaya you will be processed though VIP fast track services smoothing your entry before a private transfer to your 5-star luxury hotel, InterContinental Pattaya Resort. The tone is set immediately: effortless movement, a welcome dinner, and a coastline that knows exactly how to do leisure properly.

Pattaya is your opening base for two of Thailand’s most talked-about courses, balanced with a private island day that gives non-golfers a real highlight, not an afterthought. Between rounds, the pace stays relaxed, with time to settle in and enjoy the resort experience before moving on.

Chee Chan Golf Resort

Set beneath the dramatic presence of the Khao Chi Chan Buddha, Chee Chan is the kind of course that feels cinematic without trying. The championship layout is 18 holes, par 72, stretching up to 7,345 yards from the back tees, with wide-open views towards Jomtien and the Gulf of Thailand.

The design uses gently rolling terrain and bold bunkering to keep things interesting, with long par-4s that demand control and patience. The modern clubhouse and practice facilities are polished and comprehensive, making the whole day feel premium from arrival to final putt.

Siam Country Club, Old Course

Siam’s Old Course is a heavyweight. 18 holes, par 72, 7,162 yards, with tournament pedigree, including its reputation as a key venue on the Thai golfing calendar. Originally created in the early 1970s and later renovated to championship standards, it delivers the kind of round where precision matters and good decisions get rewarded.

Expect long carries, strategic hazards and quick greens that demand focus. The final stretch is famously testing, a satisfying finish for players who like their golf to bite back a little.

Private Koh Larn Island Tour

This is the reset day, and it is done properly. A private Koh Larn island tour with lunch gives you space to step away from tee times and scorecards, with ocean air and unstructured calm.
For non-golfers, it is one of the best days of the trip: easy, scenic, and genuinely restorative. For golfers, it is a rare thing on a golf itinerary: a day that improves the whole week.

On 23 March, you board your private jet for the short flight to Siem Reap.

Flight time: Pattaya to Siem Reap – 30 minutes

27 March – 31 March 2027 (Four nights)

On arrival in Siem Reap customs and immigration will be through VIP services and private transfer will be waiting to take you to your 5-star luxury hotel, Anantara Angkor Resort & Spa. The evening begins with a private dinner accompanied by an Apsara dance performance in the hotel courtyard, a deliberate shift from beach energy to cultural gravitas.

Here, the itinerary balances two strong golf rounds with a full day inside the Angkor temple complex, followed by an insider conservation session that adds depth to what most visitors only see on the surface.

Angkor Golf Resort

A Nick Faldo design built for strategy, Angkor Golf Resort is 18 holes, par 72, playing up to 7,209 yards, with carefully placed bunkers, water hazards and subtly contoured greens that keep you thinking.

It is known for being immaculately maintained, with strong year-round conditions and a finish that stays with you. The closing holes are particularly compelling, designed to test judgement under pressure without feeling unfair.

Phokeethra Country Club

Phokeethra is 18 holes, par 72, stretching up to 7,363 yards, and carries tournament credibility as the host of the Johnnie Walker Cambodian Open. The design mixes wide, playable corridors with moments that demand accuracy, especially when water comes into play.

One of the distinctive touches is a cultural nod built into the course itself, including a historic-style bridge feature at the turn. The finishing hole is a headline act, with a water-heavy approach that rewards nerve and clean execution.

Full Day Angkor Temples Tour

A full-day exploration takes you through Angkor’s most iconic sites, including Angkor Wat, Ta Prohm and Angkor Thom, with lunch included. It is the kind of day that makes the trip feel bigger than golf, not in a preachy way, just in a “you are actually here” way.

You move through scale, detail and atmosphere in equal measure, from intricate stonework to temples where nature and architecture compete for attention. It is immersive, expansive, and deliberately unhurried.

Cocktails & Conservation

Following the temples, Cocktails & Conservation offers an insider perspective on Angkor’s restoration work. Led by Dr. Ginevra Boatto, this private cocktail session shares first-hand stories from conservation projects and the realities of preserving a site of this scale and significance.

It is a rare kind of add-on: not entertainment, but insight, and the sort of access that makes a luxury itinerary feel intelligently curated.

On 27 March, your private jet will be waiting to take you to Da Nang.

Flight time: Siem Reap to Da Nang – 45 minutes

23 March – 27 March 2027 (Four nights)

When you arrive in Da Nang customs and immigration will be through VIP services. Evenings are flexible here, with the option to dine quietly at the 5-star luxury hotel TIA Wellness Resort or step out for a local restaurant experience. The rhythm shifts from “move and play” to “stay and savour,” while still delivering two standout rounds.

This portion of the tour pairs mountain golf with coastal links, alongside a private cooking experience and a walking tour through Hoi An’s historic old town.

Ba Na Hills Golf Club

Set in the foothills of the Bà Nà mountain range, Ba Na Hills is 18 holes, par 72, and can stretch to 7,858 yards, designed by Luke Donald. It is a course built around elevation, changing light, and natural drama, with pine forests and hillside contours shaping the round.

Expect blind shots, doglegs and holes where club selection becomes part instinct, part experience. It is a golf day that feels like a destination in its own right, not just another tee time.

Hoiana Shores Golf Club

Hoiana Shores is a coastal links-style course designed by Robert Trent Jones II, 18 holes, par 71, measuring around 7,004 yards. Set among dunes and casuarina trees, it plays with wind, firm ground and shot-making options that reward creativity.

It is a strong final round course because it feels different. Less about brute distance, more about control and judgement, especially as you approach the closing stretch.

Private Vietnamese Cooking Class at Red Bridge

This private cooking class introduces the flavours and techniques of central Vietnamese cuisine, guided by an expert chef. The experience includes a focus on fresh produce and hands-on preparation, followed by enjoying what you have made.

It is an excellent counterbalance to the golf schedule, especially for travellers who want culture that is tactile and delicious, not just something you observe from a distance.

Evening Walking Tour of Hoi An Old Town

Hoi An in the evening is all about atmosphere. A guided walking tour takes you through the old town as lanterns light the streets, with time to explore local markets and historic sights. It is relaxed, charming, and perfectly paced for post-golf energy.

The day ends with dinner around the streets of Hoi An, with the option to linger or return comfortably to your hotel.

Farewell Dinner

Your final evening features a farewell dinner, either at your hotel or at a recommended local restaurant, closing the tour with understated celebration rather than forced formality.

This brings us to the end of the tour on 31 March. You say goodbye to the ground staff and Da Nang before you leave for the flight to Perth and Melbourne.

Flight time: Da Nang to Perth – 7 hours, Perth to Melbourne – 3 hours and 30 minutes
