Structured culinary experiences and curated sightseeing are balanced with time to pause — for rest, private shopping, or bespoke arrangements through your dedicated tour team. Onboard and on the ground, you are supported by a Tour Manager, assistant, photographer and medical staff.

Held in intimate morning and afternoon sessions, the experience offers not only technique but understanding — a foundation you may carry home long after the journey concludes.

For guests not attending the cooking session, a visit to the Elephant Experience at Ran-tong offers meaningful time observing and engaging with these remarkable animals in a sanctuary environment.

Chiang Rai Temples
A scenic drive through northern Thailand leads to the striking White Temple, the vivid Blue Temple, and Wat Huay Pla Kang. Each site reflects distinct architectural expression and spiritual tradition. A pause at Lalitta Café allows time to absorb the landscape before returning to Chiang Mai.

On 24 February, you depart Yogyakarta at 9:30am, arriving in Melbourne at approximately 8:00pm. Upon arrival, your tour team assists with onward flights, hotel arrangements, transfers or vehicle delivery.

Pre-arranged hotel check-in and local currency
